ANAESTHETIC GAS SCAVENGING SYSTEM SYVACThe SYVAC system is a anaesthetic gas scavenging system (SEGA) accredited by EN 737.2 standard for the outlet and EN 737.4 standard for the connector. Medical staff are protected from the affects of anaesthetic gas, installed gas (nitrous oxide and halogen) during the anaesthesia and from smokes during certain healing operations. Outlet, powered by 5 bars compressed air. A suction creates with an ejector adjusted at 60 litres / min. A pneumatic switch activated by the lock of the connector opens the circuit (the green led showing the system in use. A 5 bars medical compressed air feeding (± 1atm) is required for the installation. The maintenance consists in an annual checking for the vacuum and a regular cleaning of the outlet and connector. A calibrated device remains at your disposal for a annual flow checks. MOTOR AIR SYSTEM DOUBLE FLOW AIRVAC The AIRVAC system combines the feeding of compressed air for surgical tools up to 10 bars pressure and the gas exhaust from operating theater. Feeded system by the "dry columns" and lubricated for medical tools (according to EN 737-1 and DIN 13260 T3 standards). The outlet is made of a single brass base in order to allow a safe gas circulation. The connector remains ineffective on neutral position (parking). • SYFLUX double flow connector VAF 0700 Installation and maintenance This equipment can be integrated into technical units, wall mounted panels or arms. A 5 bars medical compressed air feeding (+/- 1atm) is required for the installation (use of compatible pressures tools).
