ERGOMED 303 technical unit is the real innovating answer to resuscitation rooms or equivalent.Original concept "static" equipment (such as inhalers, monitoring) for a better mobility of the movable equipment (such as infusion pumps, infusion stands). Designed equipment for more security and comfort for medical staff : static column, movable arm and efficient care lighting (optional). DESIGN • 3 thick aluminium profiles strong column for a secure load (up to 250 kg) and eventual front bed shock. • Aluminium profiled compartments for electricity and gas (6 separate compartments with clipping front covers for easy maintenance). Real segregation between electrical components and medical gas equipment. Its modular design allows any extension of additional equipment (electrical sockets, data sockets, medical gas outlets). Without need of manufacturer. • Economy : no double wall mounted equipment required (copper piped medical gas outlets). No special installation required. • Large space between outlets allowing a direct connection of the flowmeter on column. ERGONOMY • Medical equipment are placed in the "dead" angles and closer to the bed where "static" equipment is placed. • Easy organisation of medical staff around the patient (head and body) and large possibility of control on equipment on 360° without constraints. • Easy access to infusion installation. Full 260° horizontal arm space movement allowing a large circular movement over the bed (possible height adjustment up and down of 420 mm). • The wide shelf can be placed at 6 different places around the column. Many possibilities for all types of accessories or equipment, by the 3 stainless steel tubes position. LIGHTING • New technicity of care requires adapted lighting. The 40 000 lux carelamp is the answer to efficient lighting. Easy handling and movement (operation theatre lighting technique). • Movement on 3 axis and over the whole surface of the bed. • ELV halogen lamp. Possible dimming on request. MOVABLE INFUSION HEAD • The movable area "head" accepts a large quantity of required electrical sockets for such infusion areas. • The 2 stainless tubes (diameter 30 mm - height 700mm) can receive either 6 standard Syringe pump + 6 optional or all types of shelves, rails or biomedical equipment (extra infusion rod can complete this range). • Load capacity : 40 kg. • Use of our ERGO 502 or 602 pendants (according to load capacity is recommended for medical gas outlet integration). TECHNICAL LAY OUT Nowadays, medical staff prefers to move beds instead of repositioning of heavy loaded arms. Reason of success of our concept totally adapted for easy bed locations. Size of our equipment does not frighten the patient. Possible 90° bed positioning : firstly placed back to the window (for a better control), then turned towards the window (for external view).
